Source Of Great Architecture

There is a page on Facebook called "For The Love Of Old Houses".

https://www.facebook.com/ForTheLoveOfOldHouses

It is a continuously updated listing of architecturally outstanding and current RE listings. Contributors supply several to many exterior and interior shots.

Has been a great resource to me for design and layout ideas, and sometimes, just to remind me that good stuff is out there.

This one is in La Grange Illinois.

Re: Source Of Great Architecture

I live in an area of a tremendous mix of amazing architecture, Mark twain’s house is 2 miles from where I live, I enjoyed reading Rosemary’s Posts about Sears homes and I swear I’ve passed by several of them every day. When I get a chance I will post a remodel that I did of an 1890s porch .

Re: Source Of Great Architecture

Rose Thornton keeps a page on Facebook.

She doesn't post much Sears related since her husband passed, and now lives in the St Louis area.
