Re: Kitchen Ideas

I would lean doing something like this. This way your stove is out of the way of the way, you have a sliding door there and dining room area, so that will be a busy walking area. Having sink and dishwasher inline is much better and convenient access to it. Also, having a stove and sink next to each other is not a good idea.
Another way is to use corner sink if you don't want to move the stove. Here a few layouts

Re: Kitchen Ideas

Nice Greg, so with the exception to the stove, your in agreement with me on layout in post #5

I too was thinking about moving that stove to the other wall. Thats worth exploring.

For more of an pen feeling I was thinking of making the end cabinet next to the fridge open at the top. You lose another upper but may be worth it.

Yes, Tom, 5 can work just move the sink into the corner, use a base filler and dishwasher next. This way you push the dishwasher further back it will give you extra leg room. The way you have the dishwasher in drawing 5, it's right behind you, and with an open door, it is hard to load the dishwasher while standing next to the sink. If you wanna try a few other options, I can hook you up to a go-to-meeting and do it that way also this way you can see the changes.

P.S Check this sink out on Amazon, Ruvati RVH8400 Undermount Corner Kitchen Sink 16 Gauge 44" Double Bowl, Stainless Steel, I did a design for a customer in Canada a while back, she got this sink, she loved the way it came out, it was a similar situation.

Yes.

Be careful with the refrigerator size, consider an 18" dishwasher so you can shift it off the corner.

Re: Kitchen Ideas

I put a Ref panel next to the wall so there is no problem opening the door.
