Re: Does This Roof Style Have A Name?

Thanks! I thought that was the name, but I wasn’t sure.

The asphalt shingles were installed in October last year (hail damage). Going to be a shame to rip them all off. The roof is trussed, and the new owner would like vaulted ceilings.

If that isn’t vaulted now with the dormers there, the whole roof will have to come off?

Re: Does This Roof Style Have A Name?

It is not vaulted now. The existing house has flat ceilings. The existing roof structure is trusses. To vault the ceilings… the entire roof will indeed be coming off.
