Rrp Documentation

What is everyone using for documentation when doing RRP work and what documents are you giving to the customer at the end of the job. According to the new RRp law you are suppose to leave or mail the homeowner a copy of the documents. I was just wounding what every one was doing.

I am just mailing them a copy of:
1. Certified Renavator LIC
2. Lead Test kit document we did
3. Renavation record keping checklist
