As for wood floors with dirt in any expansion gaps, my rrp class said you will never get them to pass unless you coat them with wax.
Metro,

We have a choice.

1. Do demo ... clean-up ... verification ... then finish up all the rebuild not under the RRP.

2. Do demo ... finish up all the rebuild under RRP ... clean-up final ... verification.

3. Somewhere in between.

the HEPA wall studs, was if you did #1. If you do #2, you have to HEPA the painted walls.

I can see when we will have to do clearance ... the wood floors would be a problem. As long as we are doing the verification, the plastic on the floors keep out the dust (if you do it like they say to do it). Or at least good enough to pass verification.

Just saw this part. To be honest, I bet all the other contractors at all these other sites, are working illegal.
