Harolds NYC Deli, Edison NJ. Home of the biggest sandwich on the east coast. The pastrami has to be close to 2#.

A friend of mine loves Harold's too and takes trips up the pike often, it's about a 45min. ride from where we're at. I'm not a big fan of pastrami myself but their cheesecake ain't bad. It seems to be a well known spot.

Not so much a lunch spot, but here in Bozeman, for Sunday Breakfast, the stockyard cafe. It's just a hole in the wall place that you pretty much have to know where it is to find it, but you get lots of good food for decent prices. The sign on the door says "open most Sundays, usually till 10:00." I can't explain much more than that, it kind of has to be experenced first hand.

Question

Re: Where Is Your Favorite Lunch Spot?

Is that what they called "Burger Join"?? .. I wonder how much a burger price? How much profit they can make from one quadruple burger?..

Maybe all profits come from tips to the nurses only??

Re: Where Is Your Favorite Lunch Spot?

When I am near there, I pig out at a restaurant (Frank's?) near the Birch Run Outlet Mall in Michigan. It is just off I75 (west), going west and on the north side of the street.

They have a BLT that is made with 1# of deep fried bacon. Some people order it and ask them to hold the lettuce and tomato. My wife and I try to split one and get it down. Everything else is rediculously huge. - The doctors and hospitals like to see people eat there (LOL).

It's call Tony's Restaurant, it's in Birch Run, I saw that sandwich on TV, I think it was the travel channel, they went to all types of places with giant food, I was so damn hungry after watching the show. I've actually eaten at Tony's but never had the huge BLT.
