Integrity is when you don't subscribe to the "it's not my problem" mindset and you don't seek recognition or credit for "fixing" an issue outside of your scope of work that otherwise would have screwed up the entire job.
I'm always looking for the answer to my troubles at the bottom of a paint can.

hack def:
Don't know, & don't care. It shows in their work.

It wasn't that long ago that virtually no trades had a need for a license. A license don't gaurantee someone to be "Hackless".

By some of the definitions mentioned, Leonard Davinci would have been a hack. Some of the most professional artistic people on this board don't have a license to do what they do.

Re: What Is Your Definition Of A Hack?

A hack is anyone that only does "bare, minimum code"
A cheapskate is anyone that won't pay more for work beyond "bare, minimum code" and one should never do any work for them.
