You should take great pride that he had the forethought to do this.

There are many craftsman that are gone and take their knowledge with them because there is nobody interested in learning it.

Prayers to your family.

Re: We Lost A Great Carpenter

Well I wasn't able to locate much in the way of woodworking photos, but I do have some of the amazing work Mike could do with the metal brake. Don't worry about the watermark, I added it to the photos for our website I have been working on.

Big thanks again for all of the love and prayers you guys have sent my way.

Mike is the crazy guy having a blast front and center at my jack and jill party

Some of the work he has done

Re: We Lost A Great Carpenter

I am so sorry for your lose. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Well I can not imagine losing one of my two brothers. I have had a lot of people close to me die at a young age. And most recently my wife brother took his own life three years ago. He left behind three beautiful children. I have seen time heal us all a little and faith. Hope it will do the same for your family.

I completely understand how you feel I lost my sister and my mother just 3 months apart, about a year ago to cancer. It's devastating. My condolences to you and your family. Looks like your brother was a very skilled craftsman.

Re: We Lost A Great Carpenter

The hardest part about death is for the one's left behind. My best friend died at 20 eleven years ago... It ain't easy and time can't heal it but you do learn to let him live in your memory and to the rest of the world through you.

God's peace to you and your family.
