Re: Waterproofing Tar Question

Tar on a concrete foundation is not a waterproofing material it is merely a moisture barrier which is prone to fail.

My dad hired a company called everdry 10 years ago that have a system of their special membrane and breathable waterproof matt. They had about 20 illegals and they slopped plastic roofing cement on the wall. That was $10,000 They also caused the footer tile to plug up and the wall started to push in. We fixed it 2 years ago, they should have been sued.
