If you are leading the consumer down the garden path, then that would be a bad idea. State the facts, if you are working under someone else then let the consumer know. When they check the number, it is going to come back to the owner anyway and if the owner as no problem with liabilty then I see no problem but that is lawyer stuff and I would not take my opinion as gospel.
Here we go again.... What exactly are you trying to accomplish? The laws are governed by each state, once again you are giving the impression that you are trying to dance around the laws in FL. Some get away with it for a little while but it always catches up with them. What gives FredMace?
