Subway Restaurant Metro Decor

Has anyone completed a Subway Restaurant with the new Metro Decor Package? We have done a few remodels with the Tuscany "2" package. Just wanted to see if there were any issues to look out for with the new package from DAI.
We have been asked to quote one in our area.
Thanks,

Sorry, I cannot offer any advice either. When did they make this recent design change?

I bit it but didn't get it. Owner told me it was a nightmare. GC told me he lost his ass. DAI shorted them on almost everything.

They should probably have kept the old decor.

Every GC I've ever met is always losing money on the job or lost money on a recent one. Then three years later they talk about the money they made on it. It's just the way it is.

Each owner/operator chooses his own contractor. I was a sub for a prior contractor who dropped the ball. The owner/operator asked me if I would be interested. There is a field coordinator who does monthly inspections and tells them what they are going to fix. It doesn't hurt to earn his trust and respect. He can the recommend you to other owners. Finish materials come direct from Doctors Associates Incorporated.
