Not nice at all, the Tyvek in image #1 is upside down! These must be some sort of section 8 housing?

Probably belongs to Jon Bon Jovi's housekeeper.

...or a descendent of Vlad the Impaler.

Uh-oh. Now MALCO will post a YouTube.

Re: Still Some Nice Houses Going Up In Jersey..

In a completely non-related story:
- the house to the south of me that has been vacant for some time now [divorce, eviction, etc] has been purchased and major work is being performed at that location.
- the house to the north of me that has been vacant for some time now [death] has just been listed[$400k] and minor work is being performed at that location.

Try and stay with me now...
Our friends ,who live across the street, grandparents are selling their home to my wife's cousin.

...more at 11, stay tuned.

You should clean your windows or roll them down before you take photos (not kidding but at the same time not being a D like Dirt).

*sigh*

Too bad they are probably put together like crrrrrrap.
Chasing the leaks, gremlins and other "issues" is going to become a full time job for the lucky home owner to be...

Chasing the builder is gonna be harder.

Re: Still Some Nice Houses Going Up In Jersey..

PS. Why does everyone make such a big deal about Tyvek being upside down. I'm a bigger stickler for quality then most, but I can look past a piece of house wrap being sideways on a gable for craps sake.

That's Alpine, NJ which is an island of its own. I believe Alpine is THE wealthiest town in all of the US.

Those people are not part of "our" economy, believe me...
