Re: Sanding Is My Life!

I've got two cars that need to be hand sanded for paint prep, when can I drop them off?

You haven't sanded unless you've done auto body work.

Re: Sanding Is My Life!

It's funny, when I talk to kids about what they want to do for a living, I always remind them that there will be something in their "dream job" that they will not like to do, and if they can do a good job at that, they will more than likely excel at what they do like to do... I usually end up talking about sanding as an example...

Uh huh. I don't think so. Try furniture with all kinds of fancy details and intricacies. Enough to make you go mad. At least most of the car sanding is larger flatter areas.

You can probably get meds for that or herbs or something if you're into the more holistic approach. If that doesn't work a good shrink might help.

I love my bench cookies. Use the crap out of them, never thought I would use them as much as I do. I even got the wall rack for 'em. Wizzed me off when I clipped the edge off one with my saw though, could of sworn it was out of the way.

Re: Sanding Is My Life!

Then you are using the wrong sander. Get a Mirka Ceros or a Festool sander and that won't be an issue anymore.
