Retaining Wall Polk Co Florida

Looking to build a small retaining wall out back on acre of land in Polk Co Florida. Is anyone familiar with the codes regarding this? It would be less than 3 feet tall and be used to contain dirt from eroding away.

For what? Residential, Industrial, municipality. Watershed? Roadway? Wetland? All that makes a massive difference. Start with a P.E. and go from there.
