Recruiting

Has anybody been successful with recruiting employees that is employed with another company. If so, how did you do it?

I'm looking for any recruiting ideas.

Re: Recruiting

It takes dollars, bennies, steady quality work and interesting work.

Will usually involve a boss that is not a micro manager.

Also not travelling very far and if so compensated well.
