Tomm
It looks like the edges of the routered panel is dinged up.

I'm looking on my phone, so maybe it's just too small to really see it well.

The edges are not dinged up.

Distressing is subjective, that's why I had them come look at it. They approved, check cleared.

Re: Post A Picture Of Your Current Job (Part III)

Weather and school vacation only allowed me about 2 short days this week. At least I got the long radiused pieces in. And had a fire pit today which was nice. Also, the days off allowed me to make some headway on cleaning my basement so I can work down there.

Finished this up today, even being under the weather yesterday only took three shorter days to do. Decided to use scaffolding, was much better then ladders and plank.

That is a forelorn looking view.

Bacon anyone?

Client had me copy a Pig cutting board that she wants to give to her future daughter in law as a wedding gift. I'm sure that's not the only gift she's getting

Re: Post A Picture Of Your Current Job (Part III)

Band saw and edge sander. If it was a one sided item I might have screwed the template to it. I've done clamping and you do a section and move the clamps til you're done. I don't think I'd trust double sided tape, but it I was making lots of them I'd figure out a way to do it with a flush bit.

I'm making another. I'm also making a template. Every time I show one of these someone wants one.

Made a floating drawer/shelf that will go under a sink.

The client still needs to pick out a color so I can get this thing finished.

Got at the roof on this addition today. 19 degrees with 22mph winds coming right at us. The boys worked their asses off to stay focused and get it done in those conditions. Wrap it tomorrow.

Damn good work with frozen hands. Bought em all lunch and had a heated place to warm up too. Good day.
