painting costs for trim

I am bidding on painting a home.
all the trim in the house is stained and varnished. The owner wants all the trim painted a white base trim. I will need to scuff lacquer the trim and prime with a top line primer before the final paint. He also wants his kitchen cabinets that are also varnished and stained done. I am having a problem on how much more to charge for the extra work on the trim and cabinets. linear ft. on cabinets. and a sq. ft. on the trim.

I am trying to get my own contracting business going as I did contracting for a company for many years.

Need a reply as soon as possible.

Generally $3.50 per lineal ft of trim for color change.

I normally get &3.50/sq ft. of cabinets and doors.

Hope this helps.

There's more statements than questions in here... What exactly do you want?
Explain it to me like I'm 5.
