Out With The Old....

A place I worked on for most of my career doing this kind of work...23+ years, was torn down to make way for a new and improved abode.
This was one of my first big jobs (for me)...replaced and painted all the outer skins and trim on the dormers with PVC.

What was....and what is.
This empty lot has cost the new owner around $800,000 so far.

I spent 10 years building retail stores in malls, I was amazed to go back to the same mall a year later and the store was no longer there... I guess that’s the way it is in our industry.

They are taking down my biggest stack block wall!! Built in 2003 it was 12' tall and 200' long. Over 4000 block.. I finished the basement and remodeled a couple bathrooms at that time. Looks to be in for an extensive remodel and addition

I don't remember that. I know you and Greg put plastic in the crawlspace and repaired/replaced some support posts at the deck.
