Question

New Contractor. Need Some Assistance If Possible

Hi!I am a new contractor in the NY area and have been having some trouble with renewing my permit. I just wanted to know If anyone has any idea on how to renew a permit as I haven't even been able to find websites with even discuss renewing a permit. Is it possible to renew? Do i just have to make a whole new permit?
Please help
Thank you
