Lowes Needs A Line Of Kobalt Beer

I'm flipping a house that's about two miles from a Lowes, and I gotta say, if they sold little sixers of contractor grade beer, they'd have sold me and the crew a few of those packs on some of these long crappy cold ass Michigan days, man

They probably don't want to bother getting a license to sell beer.

Re: Lowes Needs A Line Of Kobalt Beer

I can see it now:

5 beers in a 6 pack
The tabs wouldnt open the can
Every other or 3rd one would be stale (past use by date)
More mexicants outside "wanting yobs for beer"

You forgot to mention that three of them would have been opened, half drank, then returned with packing tape holding the package closed.

To hell with Lowe's. I'm surprised Menards isn't shipping beer and cheese in all of their light loads.

You will find that you will do a better job without the beer.

"contractor grade"? when I drink beer (not at work) I like to drink good beer what is contractor grade beer?

I can picture your jobsite in my mind and I have seen that game, it doesn't end well

Thats why you will always be "on your way up".

I'm no saint but there is a time and place for everything, and beers at work even on your own flip is not so cool IMHO.

Re: Lowes Needs A Line Of Kobalt Beer

only thing I missed you saying was the boys were doing roofing!

contractor grade beer sounds like the cheap stuff-maybe if it were Premium Contractor's Beer with 9.3% alcohol content, then you would have some happy fellows

Screen name pun, nice! That's pretty funny, but then again that could be from all the beer.

Ten years I've been running this business my man, isn't it amazing that I still have six and a half of my fingers left?

Giving your buys beer on the job could lead to a lot of liability issues when they cut off their fingers. Not a smart move giving your guys beer at the worksite.
