Holidays And Employees

Now that the Holidays are creeping up on us I was wondering what everyone does for their employees.

Do you give bonuses?

Throw a party?

Re: Holidays And Employees

Tell them to go home and enjoy the holiday on Dec 19th and get your butts back here the morning of Jan 5...oh ya, share a beer or two at the local pub and offer a sincere toast...bah bla bla blua hum bug and all a good night
Give til it hurts and then take it back over the rest of the year...

Re: Holidays And Employees

No bonus for my employees since they just started working for me.

However, they'll get a paid holiday christmas day and maybe christmas eve. They can take a week off if they like, but the extra days won't be paid days. Also, if anyone wants to work on a holiday I'll give them double time.

It's an AK-47, it keeps that snoopy dog in check, every time the dog snoopy comes around, he covers his eyes up.

I thought that looked like an AK, but I couldn't tell if Mr. Bad-Ass Kitty was pumping the forward grip or jumping a bit from the recoil. It's a crack-up!

Re: Holidays And Employees

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years day are paid holidays. The week between Xmas and New Years is an unpaid week off optional, unless we're swamped. Christmas gifts for the guys will be a ham or turkey, case of their favorite beer, card with cash and a set of bits/drivers or something similar.

Good Luck
Dave

I got the guys Carhartts for Thanksgiving. Has the company logo embroidered on the back, and their name on the front. They all love it!
