Re: Hiring Worries

Gill:

It took 40k a year, $1,600.00 a month in housing, and $900.00 a month in health insurance to lure my niece's boyfriend from TN to FL to give up his 100K service writer job to learn the sink replacement business. I paid their moving expenses too.

He's doing well; getting tips and rave reviews from customers. I'm already thinking large Christmas bonus.
