Help Identifying This 1/2" Board Product

Hello! While working on an existing building, we came across this 1/2" board that I've never seen before, and I'm trying to identify what it is. It's 1/2" total thickness, with a 1/4" insulated core, with two appx. 1/8" cement panels pressed together to form a composite "sandwich" panel. Does anyone know the manufacturer of this board, or the product name? Thanks!

I think they were ashamed to affix their name to that junk.

That's what I thought at first too, but Proguard doesn't make a panel this thin.
