Re: GIVEAWAY: Hitachi 18V Cordless Framing Nailer

My goal for this year is to learn more about the "business" side of having my own company. The first 6 months went well, stayed working and kept myself paid. Now, time to make sure the business is taken care of as well

10-15% growth while cutting back to 200 days at work days for me,

it has taken me too long to realize that nobody knows if you are responding to their emails, texts or even phone calls from the boat launch, more efficient work while at work should mean I can work a little while I'm playing and still keep everything on track

To maintain the seamless gutter business at a steady but not overwhelming pace. It is a retirement business, after all.
To expand into minor gravel driveway/cottage road maintenance with the currently owned dump trailer/skid steer w/backhoe attachment.

Business goals are to work on being more friendly. I don't take enough time to B.S. with "higher-ups", and even participating in lunches etc. Seems to be the key for actually acquiring more work..

Re: GIVEAWAY: Hitachi 18V Cordless Framing Nailer

One of the most important things I need to do is figure out how to keep more. I handle a large load of work for a single entity and easy to get lost in the responsibility of making everyone happy.
When I see what I take in, what I dole out and ultimately what Im left with...........

Thanks Cricket and guys ! I need to pick the members brains. Cricket asked which I prefer, the paper or plastic nail strips. Doing mainly masonry,I'd appreciate some feed back from the carpenters as to the pros of either. Thanks guys for your feed back in advance !
