Flooring Attic

I looking to put a subfloor in for my attic so i can walk/crawl and put holiday boxes etc. (not excessive weight). Will the following item be sufficient?

I live in NJ with hot summers and cold winters.

I do not have access for 4x8 boards. These 2x4 seem to fit perfectly in my house. Also what type of screws are needed for this application? Will regular drywall screws suffice?

Thanks,
Steve
