I heard from a former OSHA guy that it depends what type of corporation he is/has.

If he’s a sole proprietor, OSHA would have no say over what he does.

If he is an LLC, OSHA would.

Forget about OSHA, when I started full time in construction my wife made it clear that while she would, she had absolutely no desire to spend the rest of her life taking care of a cripple.

That's always in the back of my mind.

You stop doing unsafe stuff when you go to a funeral and see the guys wife and their three kids, 2, 4 & 5. It's been 32 years and something I will never forget.
