As I mentioned elsewhere today, just SEO your site for the organic leads. Works every time. No LGS needed. And it's free.

Re: Does Buying Work Really....work?

BTW, you're not 'Buying Work". You're paying to get in a pool of 4-20 other contractors to see who can bid a certain job the lowest.

If you even get that far, good luck making contact with the homeowner.
Most leads are fake or the customer has been fed up with the 20 phone calls in 10 min.

Yes, real clients call you. You don't have to call them.

Re: Does Buying Work Really....work?

Ive looked at leads services and the only one that looks like it would be worth a try is bidclerk but for it to be worth the cost you need to be in a large city.

Re: Does Buying Work Really....work?

Just finished trying bidclerk.com for the $29.95 special rate and It was garbage. Contacted over a dozen customers and heard back from 2. One asked when I was available to do the project, then didnt contact me again, and the other decided that he and his wife were going to do the work themselves. Ive also used sm in the past and It is also garbage. Trust those that tell you to save your money and go for the free listings out there.
