Re: Demand Letter To H/O

If you are licensed contractor write a letter, sent it regular and certified make it something like this:

your company name
your address

date

customer name
address

Re: type of the job you did

Dear: theirs names

I performed work on your behalf at job address( put full address) for which you agreed to pay me $ Dollars. The outstanding balance in the amount of $ Dollars still reamains owed. Demand is herby made for payment in full of this amount within (days) of the date of this letter. If payment is not received within that period of time, suit will be instituted without further notice.

Trully yours

Place your signature here

Type your full name here.

Send them that, if you don't hear from them file a suit and you will win.

If you don't have a license, you screwed, if you did the work perfect and they not happy, you will never see a penny even if you 200% right.

Good luck
