Commission Structure Detailed ?Outline -- Commercial (Flat Roof)

Commission Structure
I am curious if someone can please breakdown in detail a good commission structure for a sales person and/or a manager with sales people under him/her/ On commercial selling, TPO, PVC, Modified, Waterproofing.

We have only done residential and some commercial sales, but not building a team just for commercial sales. I want to make sure that all involved, Manager, Sales, and Company all make good money.

The location is in Texas if this will help. All I need is a detailed outline of a rookie, exp. and a manager commission structure.

Thank You.
