Cluster Mailbox Install Price

I have a possible job coming up which will be installing a new pedestal mounted cluster mailbox and removing the old one in a neighborhood. I have experience installing these however I have never quoted the job for myself. What shhould I quote the job for? The mailbox will be supplied all I need to supply is concrete anchor and epoxy and of course labor. I cannot find any related information online. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Cluster Mailbox Install Price

Postal approved concrete anchors cost $3,500 last time I installed one, donít try to use one that doesnít have the proper postage stamp, the fine is 350%

Donít forget to include drive time in your labor, I had to drive 350 miles to pick up the approved anchor

Re: Cluster Mailbox Install Price

check with the local postmaster as they will have the install specs.

also make certain the box is USPS approved.

last one i did required an 8" thick slab w/approved wet set anchors over a prepped base, including a rebar mat.

most of the sites that sell USPS approved boxes have the concrete detail.

many issues to deal with such as ADA compliant, setbacks, USPS access etc....
