I hate to say it but this hard.....but I think it's supposed to be

If I understand the question The project was important to them......
for all the same reason.
In my case, they wanted their homes re-painted (as they call it) sealed for protection.
They called me because they liked my ad and the info it provided.

Ed,
You may have some opportunity in front of you. "Sealed for protection" is how you see your service. You need to dig a little deeper to find out what's important to the prospect. It is hard work, you have to ask some questions and sit there with your mouth closed and wait for an answer that seems obvious to everyone, but it leads to deeper meanings.

Think back to the first question I asked you, "When you say you'll take all the help you can get... what would you like to accomplish?". Use the same question on you prospects, "When you say you want _____________, what's that going to accomplish for you?" Will you get answers like: Well, uh, it's going to make our house look better? Make a list of the answers you get, or think you'll get. What's the second question (to your OP) I asked you and how was it structured? What was your reaction to that question?

Dubz: Yours is harder, it'll take a little thought.
