All I did was put the oak trim around and Rockboad and then set the granite I didn't cut the floor out I was a previous job someone else dis

Im impressed with how flat you got flat tile. The reflections of the fire behind look almost spot on. Ok it ain't a 1000sqft lot of tile but not bad at all getting it like that with your limited experiance.

Agreed. Nice job rook. Now go clean the trowels and wet saw I've got a check to collect... Just kidding. I tell you what, you've got my respect by having the balls to still be here and the fortitude to learn how to get better even if it takes criticism. That's a helluva lot more than most are willing to do.

Durock next gen 1/4 inch to be exact , subfloor was beefed up with sistering and subfloor was 3/4 cdx

Next step......find the guy who cut the floor out and left you so far off center.......and shoot him in the face.

Your tile looks sweeeet. But I would taste vomit in my mouth every time I saw the offset.
