I Have A Few Questions On Glue Down Vinyl Planks On Concrete

I’m installing around 800sqft of glue down vinyl in my own Basement. The wife wants a herringbone pattern of course. I’m going to use a 1/16x1/16x1/16 notch trowel and tec universal pressure sensitive flooring adhesive. My main question that I can not find anywhere is what to do with the concrete saw joints. They are about 1/4 wide. Do I need to fill them in with something or will the vinyl be able to spand that 1/4”

Do you know if there is a proper vapor barrier under the slab? Have you done a moisture test to.various spots on the slab?

Yes there is a proper moisture barrier under the slab and the house is about 7 years old and very dry sump pump has never ran. But I have not done a moisture test on the slab. Thank you for your response also.

Definitely do a moisture test. If it comes back good (test in multiple spots) and the slab cuts are all in plane, you should be good to fill them with some kind of masonry based floor patch. Make sure they aren't an expansion joint.
