Blanke Unimat Over Linoleum?

Need some help.... I have 380 sq ft of tile going in over 25 year old linoleum. Unimat is going to be used as the underlayment. Can I just go over the linoleum without issues or??? Im thinking the linoleum is not going to come out with ease. Please help

Tear out the lino.

Whoever has to tear it all out 30 years from now will be calling you a hack if you don't...
