Aluminum/Metal Stair Nosings

I havent been on here in forever, but this was the first place I thought to come to for my current dilemma. We've got a set of concrete stage boxes in some game suites, and right now it has rubber nosing's around the perimeter. It looks great, but the man in charge wants something more "flashy", so we're going with a silver aluminum like these:

Heres my problem, they're afraid a cut 45* angle will be sharp and someone could cut themselves on it. Does any one know of a product that is a preformed 45* corner nosing? I havent had any luck locally, they're recommending just cutting a relief and bending the metal, which I've tested and works, but it just doesnt look perfect. I've done cut 45's before and never had any trouble, but the people in charge are insisting thats a safety hazard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
-Ed

Schluter has corners, but you'd have to put a trim piece or something where the tile would go.

Silver metal just looks cheap to me, we've done it a few times on a power miter box, sometimes taking a file to knockdown the sharpness and dress it up a bit.
Cutting it for steps x however many looks more professional. Use many teeth(60/80) and cut slow works.
