Hi everyone!
How do GCs react, or what's going through their mind, when a new owner takes over a sub that has been successful and reliable in the past? The existing owner will be gradually retiring over a 6 month period and the new owner will be gradually stepping into the old owner's shoes across that same 6 month period. The new owner is new to the company but has experience in the trade. All existing employees are expected to stay on board. The new owner and existing owner get along well and will be working together closely in the beginning to make sure all goes as smooth as possible.
