Interesting, are you marking a trail or just wanted to build a cool project?

Truly a work of art. Almost looks like an urn.

Super cool. Do I know you? I'm always on the lookout for people pushing the limits of stone.

    What is a Cairn?

In short, its a pile of stones, used as a landmark to represent your liking. hear its used to split two driveways in a wooded landscape.

marking of a trail is part of the definition. This one is placed in the fork of two driveways.

well this has to be one of my favorite clients, he tells me what he's interested in and lets me go at it. The dolmen I'm standing by is on his property also. I'v also done some stone carvings for him. These are the kinds of projects that I really enjoy doing. completely out of the box and challenging.

Incredible! Final dimensions? I thought my clients had money to spend (laughing face not available). We mark a trail by taking a leak on a bush (again laughing face not available)!

In a few thousand years I wonder what the archeologist, who finds your Cairn, will guess what it was used for.
