This was my first Bathroom tile job.

I had to save the bathroom from the previous homeowner who failed at the DIY bathroom

I lost the pic from my first day but when i started the shower was the full width of the bathroom and had cement board on the walls with a fondation sealer applied to it.

As i took down the mess of cement board i discovered that when he framed the bathroom he enclosed the main stack in a box in the back right coner. Leaving no access to the main cleanout for the house. Also he framed the back wall(outside wall of the house) with 2x2 that they notched on the top and bottom plate. Also he removed the vapour barrier.

After fixing all of his mess ups and bringing in the shower wall, i installed Hardi Backer board with schluter ditra. Then tiled away.

Would love to hear any feed back on my work

Looks good, a framless glass shower door would be great along with a shower wand...as an upsell....but you did good. nice looking...
