  Pull the vent and replace the rollers. Clean the vent track. Relace the roller track if damaged. Spray silicon on all framework that join. If that doesn't get it moving good e...

  Yes, it looks nice but is kind of flat. I like it in entryways. Since it is fiber cement it can not take ground contact or be used in wet areas.
