    i stain these doors quit a bit first add water to the stain so it don dry to quick about 4 oz per quart use a brush and put a lot of stain on get a window squidge and lightly go with the grain starting from the center out if you do get any dry spots use a damp cheese cloth with stain to get it wet again and go over it with squidge hope this helps doors look great good luck
