Need help estimating a demo job

Im new at the estimating of demo work. About how much would it run to bid a 3,850 s.f. 1 story retail space. Has carpet, railings, wallpaper and (4) storefronts to be removed. Like about how many man hours or days and would it take. Any input would be appreciated..Thanks!!

Just gutting it. I think the most tediest part will be the removal of the wallpaper.
