Demolition Of Detached CMU Garage Walls

My father has a detached garage that was never finished and I would like to tear it down for a basketball court. This is a 30X30 shell consisting of 8X8X16 blocks. There are rebar re-inforcement @ 4' OC as well as concrete at each cell. I would like to know what I am looking at to rent a BobCat with skid and jack hammer rig and a dumpster. I believe I'm looking at around 12 CY of debris. Please HELP!
Thanks

You want to tear down the garage your father started for a basketball court? Most guy's I know would give their left one for a 30x30 masonry shop. What kind of project management did you say you did?

Really, 30x30, all block, rebar and filled cells. Maybe Dad was hoping son would finish it? Have the basket ball court inside the garage, it'll be cheaper.
