Rough Price Quote

I have a house where the customers want to either stucco or stone the foundation walls. The exterior masonry walls are painted blockwork. The total area is about 250-275 sf. Could anybody give me a rough estimate for this type of work in NJ

I would charge around $1200 just based on the sq.ft and all conditions being normal. I am in NY, do you have someone local?
