Hey Painter213-img_2063.jpg I could not find the pics of my pants I uploaded my right hand instead. This is my brother. We blast ten hours a day notice the width of his shoulders. He is a big guy with a huge heart. If you spend every day blasting your fore arms and fingers get big.

Re: Hey Painter213

i beleive it was a 80 footer...as far as my lanyard...i did not feel there was any where to latch too safe...looking at the picture i probably could have hook to the window awning but they werent fully installed so i might have pulled that down with me and on top of me if i fell...definatley not something i would recomend again...i just wanted to get the job finished for these guys and i did risk a little bit..like my life...

Re: Hey Painter213

Everyone needs to take a OSHA class. When your in the Basket your suppose to be anchored to the basket. When your out, your suppose to be tied off to something that will hold at least 5,000 pounds. Always use 2 point connections and never walk out onto a ledge like that and not be tied off. If you had of fell and was killed, WHO would have provided for your family????? Is it really worth it??????????????? I know I have done my fair share of stuff over the years. I now look back and see that I was not thinking about the well being of my family.

Re: Hey Painter213

i fully agree benny and will never do it again...i was sprung that part of the job last minute as i was suppose to be blasting the other parts of the job and the gc wanted the inset panels done so they could get the windows replaced the next am...never the less i will not be engaged in such acts with out some kind of harness to make sure it is all good...i really was scared and felt very uneasy about it especially because i dont do good with heights....i made it and will reflect on my actions as it will not happen again regardless of the wishes of others...

Re: Hey Painter213

painter213, I climb and hang all the time. Did you forget the times when you were a contractor. This is off point but what the f snow in octoberHey Painter213-img_2833.jpg. I think you have spent the last twenty years so far away from the actual work you may have forgot the sore shoulders and fingers. You may not have to grab a hose everyday. I do I made it. You made it bigger. You have not been told this for a long time but pull your head out your ass. I got to make so does Blastserve, I think you have done this kind of stuff, if you did not then you are only another guy who went to school. So here is me throwing a huge finger in your face. Show me yourself and your proof. You are the last to reply and Mandan PA
