Re: Xiom V Powder Coating

The flame spraying will allow you to do the powder coating in the field, but with the flame spraying the finish will not be like what a oven finish is like. The finish produced by a flame gun will not be as glossy and it may have a little texture to it unlike a oven cured powder coating. It has it's place and there is more and more powders available now for use on many different substrates. The main thing is being able to sell it to the customers. Have you thought about polyurea?

Polyurea has many different applications. Not too hard to get into. Just need some money and get some training and have some modivation to get the ball rolling. Check this company out for more info. http://www.specialty-products.com/

As far as powder coatings, just surf the net for some answers and ask questions.
