Memo Estimator/Wife/Mother/VP Trade: Commercial Waterproofing & Caulking Join Date: Jun 2009 Location: San Antonio, TX Posts: 4	Waterproofer needs help from Painters How come GC's send me "sealant and caulk" take offs in square feet??!!!! I have GC's that need a "quick number" for their proposal and they send me SF for lineal footage requirements. I figure cuz you guys are used to dealing in wall space instead of expansion joints. Help!! It frustrates me....I know my husband, the brains of the operation, will say they are just using us. Be kind.
