Wood Tux Wet or ReadySeal would be my first choices. You didn't mention your plans so I will suggest you strip, neutralize and then stain the wood.
Wood Tux should last 3 years before a maintenance stain on the horizontals, longer on the verticals. ReadySeal is probably about the same. Wood Tux allows you to strip and seal in the same day because it goes onto wet wood without any problems.
PTState.com is a forum that has exterior wood finishing contractors, among others. You might want to go there and ask more questions.
