Machine Shop Paint

I've got an opportunity to bid a painting job for a local laser manufacturing company. They want their shop painted, but are having a problem consistently with the dust from their laser operations, (being electromagnetically charged), clinging to the steel beams that support the walls and roof. They are looking for a reasonable coating that will stop this from happening. Have any of you run into a similar situation? Any products I could do some research on?

I appreciate the help.

Mark
