Impact & Chemical Resistant floor coatings

I am bidding a 9,000sf floor coating job that requires an impact and chemical resistant floor coating - the plant manufactures and packages aerosol paint.

I have used a few General Polymers floor coatings like Fast Top and another one I cant name off the top of my head. But they may be overkill.

Anyone ever use an ICI product that will work or even another brand? Ever use EPMAR STA-CRETE SS1202 self leveling clear floor coating?
The coating will have to hold up to tow motor traffic and 55gallon drum impacts.

My prep will be to bead blast the existing coating off - it is currently coated with Rexthane by Sherwin-Williams. it is above grade so hydrostatic pressure is not a concern. The customer is not happy with the performance of the Rexthane and does not want to use a Sherwin-Williams material again - he doesn't know SW owns General Polymers but I think he will figure it out.

Any suggestions on an alternate material would be appreciated - you can tell me what you charge a square foot too if you like.

Thanks.

Thank you,
If you have information to share, then share it openly.

If it is more of an attempt to make a sale at this point, especially since you are a new poster with no history, then that is not allowed.

I am not so sure about the TITAN product. on the website it said " this product can take abuse from steel wheeled carts and forklifts with minimal cracking and peeling." I can't have any cracking and peeling.

what is the cost per sf for that TITAN product at 20 mils?

they use acetone to clean the cans. don't think your product will hold up, the data pages said its not recommended. there is also MEK Xyline and a bunch of other hot thinners.

Anyone else have a suggestion? I have my BASF, ICI and SW reps working on it. i will post what they come up with.

Anyone familiar with Liquid Plastic?
