Experts Advice

Sorry to bump into your relm but I am seeking your expert knowledge and advice. I normally follow the sandblasting site on this forum.
I have been operating a portable media blasting business for a little over a year now. Right from the start I realized I need to offer "New Coatings". Can any of you here help me as to determine what type of spray gun and system I should be looking at purchasing.
I am mainly in need of commercial/industrial applications, such as bulk tank, dumpster, roll-off container, agricultural implements, heavy equipment type coatings. The auto's I will leave up to the experts.
Please post any and all info. you may have! Thank you!

Steve

And now for something kinda new and hotcheck out the xiom 5000/1000 portable powder coating system for all your new coating needs.ask for charlie but dont forget to tell him larry sent u.this should work good for you.
u will need a airless pump 1+ gpm minimum for heavier industrial coatings like a graco 1095 or convertable gh 200.i like the wagner g-10 or titan lx 80 gun get a few reversable tips 513-515-517-519.get a turbine hvlp 2 1/2 gallon pot set up with projector set and quart cup all in one unit like the wagner 5 stage.a good full face air fed paint respirator hook up to your existing air supply system also need a good regular paint respirator.with these tools you should be able to apply most if not all types of coatings for your applications.sorry i took so long to get back to u.
